	1	2 Women's Circle Bible Study: The Promised One Women's Circle Bible Study: The Promised One June 2, 2026 10:00 am – 10:30 am The Women’s Bible Study is a lay-led Bible study in a discussion format that meets once per month from September through May. The Promised One by Nancy Guthrie provides a fresh look at the book of Genesis, leading readers in discovering how its stories, symbols, people, and promises point to Christ. Over ten weeks of study, participants will see Christ as the agent of creation, the offspring who will crush the head of the serpent, the ark of salvation, the source of the righteousness credited to Abraham, the substitutionary sacrifice provided by God, the Savior to whom the whole world must come for life, and much more. 7 Alpha Course Alpha Course June 7, 2026 9:30 am – 10:30 am Room 120 Alpha is an experience that unpacks the basics of the Christian faith in an open, friendly environment. It’s for anyone who’s curious, no matter their beliefs or background. Each session unpacks a different question around the Christian faith. Alpha is primarily designed for non-believers who are curious or interested. The course can also be used to help believers reinforce their faith and to learn tools to use when interacting with non-believers. Alpha courses are presented all over the world and help many find their faith. We are considering presenting a course in the future that would be open to the public, but first want to present it within our congregation. Hopefully familiarity with the course will foster greater support for presentations open to the public, and will provide a learning opportunity for our members who may wish to be involved in future presentations.
