Light refreshments served in the Gathering Area.

An hour of traditional worship with a sermon and hymns. Communion served on the first Sunday of each month.

Founded in 1878, our congregation has offered vibrant worship for nearly 150 years.
Rev. Gardner Joins FPC
It is with profound gratitude to God and joyful spirits we announce that our four-year search for a full-time solo pastor came to fruition with the Unanimous Acceptance of The Reverend Ernest Leatherbury Gardner, III.
Rev. Gardner comes to us from Philadelphia, PA, where he is currently completing an Interim pastorate at Leverington Presbyterian Church. We’re excited to see what the future has in store for us at First Presbyterian Church, and we welcome Rev. Gardner and his wife, Reverend Ellen Campbell Gardner.
Our Mission
We believe that God in love created us, calls us to be His people and redeems us through Jesus Christ. Therefore, as a community of believers guided by the Holy Spirit, we strive to follow Christ in word and deed through worship, Bible study, prayer, service to others, and sharing the Good News of the Gospel.
Little Free Food Pantry
We recognize that hunger is a growing need in our community. This pantry, located on church property, is intended to help meet that need.
